Virtual Treasure Chest is dedicated to delighting you with your purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the following guidelines.

You can return any merchandise you purchase from Virtual Treasure Chest within 7 days for a refund or an exchange. Please remember that shipping and handling is not refundable unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Items must be in as-new condition, in original packaging with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

If you are returning a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which may be used at any time toward your purchases at Virtual Treasure Chest. The gift certificate will be mailed to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry--we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)

You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges you might incur for non-defective products. Please have the return package postmarked within the 7 day period based on the date you received the order . We suggest that you ship your order via Federal Express or UPS to make tracking your return easier. If you ship your order via the US Postal Service it must be sent via a trackable service, such as Express Mail or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We strongly suggest that you adequately insure all items.

Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse. If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product.

If your order was damaged or incorrect, please include a note explaining the problem in your return package. Please note that slight variations in appearance do not constitute an incorrect order. We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our jewelry as closely as possible on Virtual Treasure Chest, but the detail and color you see will depend on your monitor.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
