Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A:  There are three ways to check the status of your order

• Order Confirmation Email:  When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email.  Simply click the "View your order" button in the confirmation email.  This will open your Order Status Page n your browser.
• Customer Account: You can log into your account my clicking the "Login" link in the upper right hand corner of amy page in our store.  Once you login you will be able to view your order history and status.
• Shop App:  If you paid for you order using Shop you can use the Shop app for real-time tracking.

Q: How can I track my order once it has been shipped?
A:  When we ship your order we will email you a shipping confirmation, which includes an tracking number and a link to track your order. 

Atocha

Q: Why do some Atocha coins have holes in them?
A:  We replicate the authentic design of the coin. Back when the Spanish used these coins as currency, some were minted with holes so that they could be strung together for safekeeping, and worn inside clothes.
