We understand that sometimes you just can't find what you're looking for anywhere. So we've devoted this page to special requests. If there's something you want that you can't find, let us know. If it's something we can get, we will tell you how much it will cost and how long it will take.

Special order conditions:
- Special order items must be paid for in advance by credit card, money order or cashier's bank check.
- Special orders cannot be canceled after the day they are processed.
- Please ensure you want what you are ordering, special orders are not returnable or refundable.
- If the item is defective, you may return it for a replacement.
