When will my order ship?
We ship most orders within 2 business days of receiving the order.
The Virtual Treasure Chest does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders. For quicker delivery the Virtual Treasure Chest may ship from multiple warehouses. We ship each item as soon as it is ready, so don't be concerned if your order arrives in separate shipments.

International Shipping
International buyers are responsible for paying all custom duties and taxes, which are added when you checkout. Orders of $500 or more require a signature on delivery. We are currently only shipping internationally to Canada.
